Altaaqa Alternative Solutions Company (a Zahid Group company) and Fast Group announced the launch of Fast Arabia, a joint venture created to deliver world-class engineering, assembly, and maintenance for temporary and overlay structures. The announcement was made on the sidelines of Middle East Sports Investment Forum (MESIF – Riyadh 2026).

The joint venture agreement was signed by Mr. Majid T. Zahid, Group President – Zahid Group Energy, and Ms. Tatiana Fasolari, Chief Executive Officer – Fast Group.

Fast Arabia will deliver large-scale overlay and temporary structure solutions across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, supporting major sporting, cultural, entertainment, and infrastructure projects by combining global expertise with local execution.

Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, Fast Arabia aims to support the Kingdom’s ambitions to host major international events, accelerate infrastructure development, and build sustainable local capabilities—through knowledge transfer, local talent development, and ecosystem strengthening.
