Since 2015, she has led GSIC’s international growth and strategic positioning, consolidating it as a global reference for sport-tech innovation, open innovation programs, startup scouting, and ecosystem development. Under her leadership, GSIC has expanded its presence across Europe, Latin America, and APAC, including the successful launch and development of GSIC Singapore, strengthening cross-regional collaboration in sports, technology, and entertainment.
With a career built at the intersection of entrepreneurship, public policy, and innovation, Iris has worked extensively across Latin America, Europe, and APAC, supporting startups and SMEs through public-private collaboration. She is also a partner in a company dedicated to financing sports startups, further strengthening her impact on the global sports entrepreneurship ecosystem.
