CONFIRMED SPEAKERS

Ryan, currently Chief Revenue Officer at Tottenham Hotspur, joined Tottenham in 2022 as Commercial Director after a year at AS Roma where he also held the post of Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to AS Roma, Ryan was at WME (William Morris Endeavor) Sports. In his role at WME Ryan oversaw and executed all sales efforts for WME’s sports talent clients, in addition to premium property sales work, including consulting, naming rights, jersey patch and kit deals, and other premium sales assets for various leagues and teams.
Prior to joining WME Ryan was the Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Revenue for Omaze. In this role he managed the teams responsible for working with celebrities, brands, athletes and media partners to leverage their audience reach into funds and awareness for critical social causes.
Prior to joining Omaze, Ryan was the Vice President of Global Partnerships with the Los Angeles Dodgers where he managed an $80M+ portfolio of corporate partners. Before that, he was the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, where he oversaw new business sales and partnership development. Ryan was instrumental in the Miami Dolphins securing the 2nd largest naming rights deal in the NFL, with Hard Rock International.
During his career, Ryan has also held leadership roles with the Prudential Center, New Jersey Devils, as well as at Manchester City FC where he secured their first regional partnerships in emerging markets throughout Southeast Asia, China, and Japan. He has also helped open new stadiums and assisted with various projects for the New York Yankees, New York Giants, New York Jets and the San Francisco 49ers.
Ryan is originally from California and graduated from George Mason University in the USA.

Mansour Al Mokbel is the the new CEO at the Saudi Motorsports Company.
Mansour continues to also serve as the General Manager for Investments in the Ministry of Sport. He is responsible for catalysing investment-led growth in the sport sector through private sector participation. He leads a team that not only creates investment opportunities, but also enables a conducive environment for the private sector to profitably engage and flourish. Simultaneously, he leads monetization of infrastructure and assets of the Ministry and the commercialization of Ministry’s events and activities.
Prior to joining the Ministry of Sport, he served as the General Director for Delivery in the Ministry of Defence, leading a successful transformation program.
Mansour holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals and his Executive MBA from the George Washington University. He also has a Certificate in Management (CiM) from London Business School and Managing Successful Programmes MSP® Practitioner Certificate.

In addition to his role in the Ministry of Sport, Abdullah acquires over a decade of an enriched, diversified experience in Private & Public sectors. Starting from the Banking industry in the Cash Management field with an exposure on Operations, Business Implementation, Product Creation & Management, to contributing into building the Strategic Partnership foundation with the private sector throughout his career in LCGPA.
Abdullah has a successful track record of building strong, sustainable partnerships with the private sector & state-owned companies, launching new innovative products into the market, and managing national initiatives which serves the national strategies.


Basim K. Ibrahim, CLSS, CIPM, is passionate about the opportunities for sport development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a seasoned Investment Attraction & Development Manager with 20 years of diverse professional experience in Investment, IT, Training, Project Management, and Research.
A former Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, Basim is a member of various professional organizations. He founded BMA Engineering in 2011 and co-founded BoardMaps in 2015, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit.
His extensive international experience includes roles with INSPUR in China and CONCO in South Africa. Basim was a pivotal member of the joint technical team between SAP and Saudi Aramco from 2000 to 2005. Passionate about volunteering and dedicated to serving his country, Basim is a dynamic leader in the field of Business and Investment Development.

James Bisgrove is a Football CEO who, during his tenure at Rangers F.C. helped transform the club’s business operations by significantly increasing revenues and modernising its commercial and sporting infrastructure. A former UEFA executive responsible for the UEFA Champions League sponsorship programme, James was also appointed to the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) Board in 2023. During his time in Glasgow, Rangers won the Scottish Premiership, Scottish Cup, and Scottish League Cup, reached the Europa League Final, and qualified for the UEFA Champions League. In May 2024, Bisgrove moved to Saudi Arabia to become Chief Executive Officer of Al Qadsiah Club, backed by Saudi Aramco, where he is leading the club’s ambitious growth strategy and return to the top tier of Saudi and Asian football. Under his leadership, Al Qadsiah opened their new High Performance training Centre, finished fourth in the Saudi Pro League and reached the King’s Cup Final in the 2024/25 season.

Taylor J. Agisim is a senior executive with over two decades of global experience across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has worked in eight countries, building a career at the intersection of sports, entertainment, investment, and strategic growth.
Mr. Agisim serves as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at SURJ Sports Investment, the sports sector investment platform of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). In this capacity, he leads investment strategy & ideation, sourcing & screening, and execution. As a founding member of the SURJ team, he has led the development of the SURJ portfolio investments, such as the: ATP Masters 1000s, Professional Triathlon Organization, Professional Fighters League, & other sports leagues, enablers & JV partnerships in development.
Mr. Agisim’s career includes roles at sovereign investment funds, such as the Public Investment Fund (KSA) and Istithmar World Capital (UAE) and premier private sector organizations such as the AEG Worldwide, FLASH Entertainment, & HSBC. Mr. Agisim has deep expertise as a principal investor in sports private equity & venture capital, along with a strong operational background in strategy, business development, and fan engagement.
Mr. Agisim has actively shaped the global sports and entertainment landscape, leading projects in infrastructure development, destination placemaking, content creation, and community-driven initiatives. He contributed to award-winning & groundbreaking, first-of-their-kind experiences, including: the first Papal Visit and Holy Mass in GCC, Rolling Stones concert in the Middle East, Western live event in Saudi Arabia (WWE 2014), and NBA Global Game in India.
Mr. Agisim graduated cum laude with highest honors from Brandeis University and studied abroad at the London School of Economics and Semester at Sea. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and is currently a PhD candidate at Bayes Business School, City St. George's University of London, where his research is focused on The Future of Sports.

Samantha Bailey serves as the Director of Revenue at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, where she plays a key role in driving the club’s commercial success. Tottenham’s strong financial performance has been highlighted in the Deloitte Football Money League, with the club generating €673 million in revenue for the 2024/25 period. In her role, Bailey oversees all revenue generation streams, ensuring the financial success of the stadium across both football and non-football events. With a proven track record in delivering commercial growth, her leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in building high-performing teams, executing effective sales strategies, and enhancing fan engagement year-round. Her contributions continue to strengthen the club’s position and reputation within the global sports industry.

Dr. Zied Abbes is a sports commercial strategist and executive with 14 years of senior leadership experience across the GCC and MENA region. He currently serves as Expert at the Qatar Olympic Committee and Head of Planning & Integration for the GCC Games 2026 in Doha, while holding an Expert mandate for the Asian Games Doha 2030.
A former International swimmer with Tunisia and a Professional water polo player with Strasbourg, France, Zied holds a PhD in Sport Sciences & Management from Claude Bernard University Lyon 1. His major event portfolio spans FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 — where he served as Team Base Camp Manager for Cameroon — and World Aquatics Championships 2024, where he served as Deputy Director of Sports Operations.
Zied produces the MENA Sports Brief — a regional intelligence newsletter tracking the business of sport across the Gulf. He is also an author and thought leader, regularly publishing insights on sports business, event strategy, and the evolving commercial landscape of global sport. During her time at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC), Aphrodite led the Planning & Integration of Host Country Operations for the FIFA World Cup, Qatar 2022, to include the tournament readiness and ultimately the delivery of the Main Operations Centre as the central point of command.
Aphrodite’s approach is that talent and technical expertise are not sufficient and should be complemented by positive spirit, practical thinking, human relations and ethos all the way.

A sports business executive with over 15 years of experience, currently serves as Commercial Director at the Confederation of African Football (CAF), where he leads strategic commercial initiatives to drive growth, partnerships, and long-term value across the organization. With over seven years of experience in Saudi Arabia as Commercial Director at Sela, he played a key role in delivering major sports and entertainment projects, shaping commercial strategies, and securing high-impact sponsorships in a rapidly evolving market.
His earlier career includes experience in the United States, working within the MLS ecosystem, where he developed a strong foundation in sports marketing, operations, and fan engagement within one of the world’s most dynamic sports industries.
Academically, he holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Sport Management from the University of San Francisco (USF) and the prestigious FIFA Master, reflecting a strong blend of academic rigor and global sports expertise. Hassan currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Sports Administration.

Guy-Laurent Epstein is the Executive Marketing Director of UEFA and, since 2024, Co-Managing Director
of UC3, the joint venture between UEFA and the European Football Clubs (EFC) responsible for managing
all marketing and commercial rights for UEFA’s club competitions.
A senior leader in European football for over two decades, Guy-Laurent Epstein has been instrumental
in shaping UEFA’s marketing strategy, commercial structure, and global brand presence. Since joining
UEFA in 2002 as TV & Sponsorship Manager, he quickly advanced to Head of Marketing Activities, before
creating and leading UEFA’s Media Rights unit in 2005—centralising the sale of broadcast rights across
all competitions.
Appointed Marketing Director in 2010, Guy-Laurent Epstein oversaw the strategic development and
execution of UEFA’s full marketing and commercial portfolio. His remit spanned media and sponsorship
rights, broadcast production, digital innovation, brand management, promotion, CRM, and marketing
research. His elevation to Executive Marketing Director, announced in 2025, further expanded his
leadership responsibilities across UEFA’s competitions ecosystem.
In his role at UC3, Guy-Laurent Epstein leads the strategic management, commercialisation, and delivery
of media, sponsorship, and licensing rights for elite men’s and women’s club competitions, reinforcing
UEFA’s position as a global benchmark for sports marketing excellence.
Guy-Laurent Epstein holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics and social sciences from Université
Paris-Dauphine and an MBA from ESSEC Business School. He began his career as a financial consultant
at Arthur Andersen, later contributing to the organisation of the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France. This
experience sparked his transition into sports marketing, leading him to ISL Marketing, where he drove
licensing and merchandising activities for the 2002 FIFA World Cup. He subsequently joined FIFA’s
marketing division, overseeing the development and implementation of the global licensing programme
before moving to UEFA in 2002.
A French national born on 20 February 1968, Guy-Laurent Epstein brings a blend of commercial acumen,
industry expertise, and long-standing leadership to European football’s marketing landscape.


Shaima Saleh AlHusseini is the Managing Director of the Saudi Sports for All Federation. Shaima advocates for a healthy lifestyle by inspiring all members of society to be physically active. This commitment reflects her desire to highlight the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to empower girls and women to play a role in the development of a vibrant society and healthy, active communities.

Mark Geday is a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius and has more than 20 years of experience employing a range of innovative and market-defining transactions, including complex private and public matters involving parties with differing needs and goals, for clients spanning all areas of the private equity and asset management sector. Mark is a member of Morgan Lewis’ Sovereign Wealth Fund and Sports practices and regularly advises clients on their sports-related transactions. Mark advises on myriad aspects of company law including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, joint ventures, fundraisings and strategic stakes.

Koen Bosma is a Partner and the Head of Venture Capital at APEX, where he leads sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio growth across all venture capital investments in sports, media, and entertainment. A former professional footballer, Koen brings first-hand athletic insight, entrepreneurial vision, and deep investment expertise to identify and back the companies shaping the future of the industry.
Under his leadership, APEX’s Elite Performance Fund has invested in 13+ companies, including Scoreplay, the first AI-powered media infrastructure designed specifically for sports organizations, as well as innovative companies across performance analytics, fan engagement, athlete nutrition and immersive sports technologies such as Playsight, Graymatter, Hexis and VRTL. Ali Russell is the Managing Director of Extreme H, the world’s first fully hydrogen-powered and gender-equal motorsport, set to drive acceleration of hydrogen technologies and their solutions in e-mobility by racing hydrogen-powered race cars with high-performance racing teams.
Ali’s career has spanned senior roles at leading sports and marketing organisations, including Formula E, Rangers Football Club and Coca-Cola, where he held senior positions and helped expand their global reach.
Ali joined the championship as Chief Marketing Officer when it raced as Extreme E, the electric SUV racing series that took the motorsport world by storm with its unique approach to promoting sustainability and raising awareness of climate change.
His subsequent leadership as Managing Director has been instrumental in the race’s transition to Extreme H, which hosted its landmark event in October 2025, in Saudi Arabia. The event’s continued expansion is set drive new standards for sustainability in competitive racing, by proving hydrogen’s viability as an e-mobility solution.

Melissa Lawton is Chief Content Officer at SailGP and heads the league’s global production strategy to create a breakthrough grand prix racing product in SailGP. From broadcast production to social media content creation and non-live content creation including SailGP’s docu-series Racing on the Edge, Lawton has played an integral role in bringing the world’s most exciting race on water closer to fans than ever before.
Prior to SailGP, Lawton was the Head of Production at Meta for just over four years. She was also previously Head of Live Content for Red Bull TV for five years. Her career has included long-term production roles at events such as the Beijing and Sydney Olympics, FIFA World Cup in Korea/Japan, and the Commonwealth Games in India.
A trailblazer for women in sports broadcasting, Lawton has had to forge her own path throughout her career, gravitating naturally towards companies like SailGP that are unafraid of disrupting the status quo and thinking about the industry in a different way. Lawton also believes in developing a content strategy that is both sustainable and responsible to act as a blueprint for other leagues and organisations to follow.
Lawton is on the board of Great Britain Basketball and the Women’s National Football Conference in the US. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of New South Wales.

Joe Rafferty is the Director of Events at Oman Sail, a government owned organisation tasked with rekindling Oman’s maritime eminence and creating opportunities for the nation’s youth. Since joining Oman Sail in 2018, Joe has led the Event division of Oman Sail where his highly Omanised team have overseen the successful bidding and staging of seven world championship events, two Olympic qualification events and a variety of mass participation projects supporting the sport and adventure tourism sector. In 2021 Oman Sail delivered 3 World Championship and 3 Asian Championship sailing events in 11 weeks, leading to the team being recognised as the ‘Best Event Organiser’ by the Middle East Sports Industry Association.
In addition to his work with Oman Sail, since 2022 Joe and his team have worked closely with Ministry of Culture, Sport & Youth to shape Oman’s major events strategy, leading the delivery of the governments investment in the bidding and staging of major international sporting events.

Joe’s role liaises with all key stakeholders including government ministries, venues, rights holders, investors, private sector operators, broadcast and commercial partners to ensure Oman will deliver on its ambition to be a world class venue for major events.

Oman’s Nader Nasser Hamood Al Rawahy is seconded to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth from the Sultanate’s “Oman’s Vision 2040” Ministry where he leads Operational Excellence for Oman’s strategic development roadmap “Oman Vision 2040”.
Since its endorsement in September 2015, Oman has emphasized aligning its national priorities with the UN's sustainable development objectives through Oman Vision 2040. As part of this initiative, there is a focus on real estate such as the waterfront Sports City in the South Al Batinah governorate, The Sustainable City YITI and renewable energy projects, particularly hydrogen and green hydrogen production.
Nader is an expert in inward investment and economic development. His expertise spans audit, advisory, and structuring. Prior to this role, Nader amassed over 20 years of experience at KPMG and EY. He is also the founder and board member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Oman, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Danny Klima is a seasoned venue and events executive with over 20 years of international experience across live events, venue management, and entertainment-led infrastructure. He brings a combination of strategic leadership, operational depth, and a sustainability-first approach to complex, high-profile projects.
Based in Abu Dhabi, Danny currently serves as General Manager of Zayed Sports City, the UAE’s largest multi-sport precinct and entertainment destination. His appointment followed OVG Middle East’s selection as venue operator in 2024, a joint venture between Ethara and global venue leader Oak View Group.
In his role, Danny leads the full strategic and operational direction of Zayed Sports City, with responsibility for commercial performance, fan experience, programming strategy, and sustainability. He oversees venue optimisation and long-term growth across sports, concerts, and community events, positioning the complex as a regional benchmark for integrated sports and entertainment.
Prior to this, Danny spent more than a decade as Programme Director for the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, where he led the integration of strategy, commercial modelling, product development, governance, and event delivery. His leadership contributed to the evolution of the event into a year-round strategic platform for Abu Dhabi, extending well beyond race weekend.
He also served as Executive Director of the Strategic Portfolio Office at Yas Marina Circuit, overseeing cross-functional planning and delivery of a capital works programme valued at up to AED 500 million, ensuring alignment between infrastructure development and operational excellence.

Trevor brings insight gained from over 25 years immersed within the business of sport on a global basis. Initially as a director and Chairman of an English professional football team, he has subsequently held multiple diverse and high profile roles. Currently global head of Sport and Entertainment at professional services firm Pinsent Masons, he oversees a team with over 135 professionals experienced in advising across all aspects of the industry.
In 1997 he led the rescue of English professional football team, AFC Bournemouth, leading the direction and strategy of the club, negotiating all football contracts, and oversaw the development of a new stadium, the club's current home. He has served as a director of the English Football League, a role that saw him lead on negotiations with the European Commission on reform of the transfer system post Bosman.
Clients rely heavily on his very broad range of contacts across the industry, detailed understanding of business within it and how to create and deliver solutions. With offices in 4 locations in the Middle East, Trevor has worked across the region, bringing detailed knowledge of investment and finance. He has worked on a considerable number of acquisitions and financings including the recent sale of Everton FC, acquisition of Burnley FC and the sale of West Bromwich Albion FC. An exemplary strategist he provides meaningful advice across a range of disciplines, supported by specialist lawyers within the team.
Trevor's other positions have included being a founding director of Supporters Direct and appointments at bodies including Sport Resolutions, the National Anti Doping Panel and currently Sported, the legacy charity of London 2012 and advisory committee at Nordoff Robbins, the leading music therapy charity. A published author, he brings diverse experience and detailed understanding to the heart of our work across the sports industry that stands him alone from other advisors in the field.

Lizzie Fluke is a pioneering performance and leadership director recognised as one of the early contributors shaping Saudi Arabia’s performance and community sport landscape ahead of Vision 2030.
She first entered the Kingdom in 2016 to support the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee’s Women’s Wild Card Program, working with athletes preparing for historic participation at the Rio Olympic Games. Arriving at a time when female gyms were still illegal and access to sport for women faced significant challenges, she gained a unique understanding of the structural, cultural, and community level barriers that continue to shape sporting behaviour across the region.
This perspective underpins her athlete-centred leadership, mentoring teams, transferring knowledge, and building long term local capability through cultural intelligence.
Lizzie has built and led performance and medical departments, participation systems, and transformed organisations into premium assets, creating integrated sustainable sporting ecosystems across Sweden, Scotland, England, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. Her work spans men’s, women’s, and youth football at elite and professional levels, as well as Olympic sport. Her impact includes delivering league titles, AFC and UEFA Champions League qualification, and consistent top four finishes across five countries, achievements grounded in trust, collaboration, and cultural humility.
In Saudi Arabia, she has supported federations and stakeholders in establishing Vision 2030 aligned performance structures. She now focuses on shaping national sporting and cultural ambitions across the MENA region, building athlete-centred, socially impactful environments that elevate both organisations on the ground and the individuals within them.
Lizzie bridges Western thinking and action with MENA relational intelligence through cross-cultural leadership. She leads with clarity, compassion, and diplomacy, creating environments where people feel valued and empowered, driving participation, performance, long-term capability, and sustainable growth in diverse sporting systems.

Dino Ruta is a Professor of Practice in Leadership, Sports & Events Business at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He engages in research and training to support decision-making processes that link human capital, strategy, and innovation, with a particular focus on the sports and entertainment context. He studies the functioning of ecosystems, the impacts and positive legacies of events, athletes' careers, and the development of a winning mindset in both sports and professional settings. He is a qualified chartered accountant, integrating an economic-financial education with managerial principles of sustainable development.
Dino earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi in 1999 and his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Bologna in 2003. In 2007, he completed the International Teachers Program (ITP) at IMD in Lausanne. He served as a Visiting Professor at Rutgers University (New Jersey, USA) in 2008. In 2004, he started as a professor of Human Resources, and over time, his interests and research expanded to sports management. He has developed a strong know-how, a global network, and a series of high-impact initiatives based on his innovative approach to sports and management, where these two dimensions positively influence each other, creating value.
In 2013, he founded the Sport & Entertainment Knowledge Center, a research and training center at SDA Bocconi School of Management. At SDA Bocconi, he also serves as the Academic Director of the Executive Master in Business of Events (EMBE) in collaboration with the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation and the Scientific Director of the FIFA Master (International Master in Humanities, Management, and Law of Sports).
Since 2015, he has been an Affiliate Professor of International Sports Management at Columbia University in New York, USA, and since 2018, an Affiliate Professor at the Josoor Institute in Doha, Qatar. He is the director of the "Management dello Sport" program and the "Management del Calcio" program in collaboration with the Technical Sector of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). From 2024, he is the coordinator of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Impacts and Legacy project.
At Università Bocconi, Dino teaches Sport Business and Management and created the Bocconi Sport Talents program to support students' academic and sports careers. He served as the Director of the Master in Organization & Personnel from 2009 to 2014. He is the Faculty representative for the Sport topic in the Bocconi Alumni Community (BAC), collaborating with Frank Leenders (Topic Leader BAC).
At SDA Bocconi, he has taught the Managing People in Organizations course in the full-time MBA, created the Advanced HR Management Program, and coordinated the HR Leader pathway. His works have been published in various international journals, including Human Resource Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital, Social Enterprise Journal, Strategic HR Review, European Business Review, and Sport, Business, Management: an International Journal. He received the Excellent Research award in 2004 and 2008 and the Excellent Teaching award in 2009, 2011, and 2022 from Università Bocconi. In 2012, he won the Ghirelli award for the "International Book of the Year for Management in Football" organized by FIGC.
Dino has worked on innovative projects in the sports and events world, supporting initiatives such as the managerial career of Javier Zanetti, athletes as brands for the National Basketball Players Association in the USA, career transition for football players for UEFA, managerial development for technical figures in Italian football for the Technical Sector of FIGC, development trajectories for women's football for FIFPro, impact measurement for the Giro d'Italia, integrated development of sports in the Trento Province, human capital development strategies for the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy Qatar 2022, growth strategies for the Golf Club Castello Tolcinasco, organizational criteria expert for UEFA licensing for FIGC, and board member of the Vero Volley Consortium. He has been invited to present his research in Argentina, the United Arab Emirates, Poland, Qatar, the United States, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, and the UK. He is often called upon to interview sports personalities and Olympic medalists on Leadership and Sports Management topics, including Agassi, Buffon, Cordoba, Fontana, Phelps, Djordjevic, Leonardo, Massaro, Scola, Zanetti, and Webber. He developed a test that measures athletes' winning mindset, believing in the Olympic values of excellence, friendship, and respect as a model for sustainable behavior in professional contexts. Dino is married to Elisetta and is the father of Lorenzo. He enjoys participating in charitable initiatives and is the president of the Sport4Talent Foundation, a social project promoting sports as an educational tool for children facing vulnerability, especially in Taranto, his hometown.

Fatema Masoud Hayat is a Kuwaiti sports leader and strategist with extensive experience in organizational development, governance, and international relations. She currently serves as the Director of International Relations and Cooperation at the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA), where she plays a pivotal role in fostering global sports collaboration among the 57 National Olympic Committees of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states.
Since 2019, Hayat has been an elected board member of the Kuwait Olympic Committee (KOC), where she also leads the Women’s Committee, championing initiatives that have significantly advanced women’s sports in Kuwait. In addition, she serves as the Chair of the GCC Women’s Sports Advisory Committee, promoting regional cooperation and the empowerment of women in sport across the Gulf.
Hayat has represented Kuwait on the international stage as Chef de Mission for national delegations at various major sporting events, including the Olympic Games, GCC Games, Islamic Solidarity Games, and the Asian Games. She is also a board member and Chair of the Women’s Football Committee at the Kuwait Football Association (KFA), where she collaborates with FIFA to develop and promote women’s football and futsal in Kuwait.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs, with a concentration in Governance and Rights, and has long been an advocate for sports as a tool for empowerment. Her activism includes involvement in Kuwait’s women’s suffrage movement.
Hayat has been invited to speak at globally recognized events such as FIFA’s Women’s Football Convention and UEFA’s Women in Football Leadership Programme, further solidifying her reputation as a prominent voice in the global sports community.
