HRH Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz graduated from Oxford University with a BA in the Oriental Studies degree in Islamic Civilization and attended Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He attended Sandhurst Military Academy and graduated as a commissioned officer. Later he worked at the United Nations department of Political Affairs in New York and then as an advisor to the Saudi Ambassador to the United States. In 2006, he established Dayim Holdings as an investment and operating platform to create local and international companies in the Kingdom and Gulf states.

Faris Al Kooheji is the CEO of M E & F Holdings, the family office of Al Kooheji Electrical
Contractors and Construction, which manages a private family fund that invests in financial
securities and oversees companies with vested interests in construction & electrical contracting,
hospitality, fitness & well-being, and healthcare.
Alongside this role, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of KECC, Secretary General
of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, a Member of the Executive Board, and Chair of the Media
Committee for the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). He is also the CEO of Spartan Fitness,
Managing Director of The Art Hotel and Resort, and a Board Member of Esterad Investment
Company and Wildcat Royalty Corporation.
With a deep understanding of financial markets, Faris Al Kooheji began trading securities in
2011, developing expertise in stock trading, distressed bonds, and advanced options strategies,
including exotic options.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and is currently advancing his education
with a Master’s in Sport Leadership. His extensive experience across finance, corporate
leadership, and sports governance highlights his strategic vision and commitment to excellence.

Mezna AlMarzooqi, PhD, MPH is a renowned expert in sports policy, physical activity, and public health. As Director General of the Leaders Development Institute at Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Sport, she drives the country's sports sector capability development strategy, fostering partnerships and setting industry standards.
Previously an Associate Professor at King Saud University, she founded the award-winning KSU Movement Initiative, advancing women’s sports and physical activity. She also played a key role in expanding women’s university sports through nationwide tournaments.
Dr AlMarzooqi is a passionate advocate for using sports to drive empowerment and social impact.

His Excellency Issa Hilal Al-Hazami is a dynamic leader in the UAE sports community, currently serving as the Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council since July 2020. With a passion for advancing sports and community well-being, he has driven significant initiatives that have shaped the sports landscape in Sharjah. Prior to this, he served as the Secretary General of the Council from 2018 to 2020, and played a key role in national disaster management efforts at the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) from 2011 to 2020.
Al-Hazami's leadership experience extends to his tenure as General Secretary of Sharjah Sports Club (2009–2011) and Private Office Director for His Highness Prince Talal Bin Bader Al Suad (2006–2009). His career began in the skies as a Police Helicopter Pilot, where he served from 1986 to 2006. His Excellency’s diverse experience makes him a driving force in the UAE's sports and public service sectors.

Tim Cahill AO, one of Australia's greatest footballers, is celebrated for his remarkable goal-scoring ability and leadership on and off the pitch. Known for his heading prowess and clutch performances, Cahill's career spans top leagues across four continents.
Cahill began his professional career with Millwall FC, where he helped lead the team to the 2004 FA Cup Final. He then joined Everton FC, making 226 appearances and scoring 56 goals. Cahill became a fan favorite and earned accolades including Everton's Player of the Season and a Ballon d'Or nomination in 2006. His career continued with stints at New York Red Bulls, Shanghai Shenhua, Melbourne City FC, and Jamshedpur FC before retiring in 2019.
Cahill is Australia's all-time leading scorer with 50 goals in 108 caps. He made history by becoming the first Australian to score at a World Cup, featuring in four tournaments (2006, 2010, 2014, 2018). His stunning volley against the Netherlands in 2014 earned a FIFA Puskás nomination. Cahill was also instrumental in Australia’s 2015 AFC Asian Cup triumph.
Since retiring, Cahill has established himself as a trusted advisor at the highest levels of global sports. In roles such as Sporting Director and strategic consultant to governments and international federations, Cahill contributes to advancing high-performance programs, sports diplomacy, and international collaboration.
Tim Cahill's influence extends beyond the field, as he plays a key role in fostering international sports relations and development at the highest echelons of the game.

Fahad AlSubaie plays a pivotal role in the transformation of Saudi Arabia's sports sector into a dynamic and investment-ready landscape. As the Director of Club Investments at the Ministry of Sport, he oversees from investment governance prospective over 170 sports clubs, 300+ assets, and manages 1,000+ transactions annually valued at over SAR 2 billion. He has been integral to enhancing the financial sustainability of 24 stadiums and shaping investor agreements for assets. His strategic insights have directly influenced the privatization and operational optimization of sports entities across the Kingdom.
With over a decade of experience in investment strategy and asset management, Fahad has held key leadership positions, including Director of Regional Investment Development at the Ministry of Investment, where he developed regional strategies and elevated the Invest Saudi platform. At the National Center for Privatization, he led sports sector investment strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
Fahad’s notable achievements include participating in launching GIB Meem Digital Bank, As well establishment of AlTanfeethi Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, CP3P-P credential, and certifications in project management, strategic planning, and leadership.

Nasser Majali is the Secretary General of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA), where he plays a key role in fostering cooperation among the 57 member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to promote sports development and unity. Appointed in January 2023 under the presidency of HRH Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Turki Al Faisal, ISSA has launched strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening sports as a tool for solidarity, inclusivity, and cultural exchange among Islamic nations.
Prior to his current role, Nasser served as Secretary General of the Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) from 2016 to 2023. During his tenure, JOC developed and implemented a new strategic vision for Jordan’s sports sector, enhancing international collaborations, and supporting Jordanian athletes on the global stage.
Beyond sports administration, Nasser has diverse experience across multiple industries, including IT, trading, financial services, and non-governmental organizations. His broad expertise has contributed to his success in strategic leadership and sports diplomacy.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (2001), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the American University of Beirut (2006), and a Master’s in Olympic Studies from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln (2022).
With a strong belief in the power of sport to unite and inspire, Nasser continues to drive initiatives that enhance collaboration and excellence among Islamic nations.

Mansour Al Mokbel is the the new CEO at the Saudi Motorsports Company.
Mansour continues to also serve as the General Manager for Investments in the Ministry of Sport. He is responsible for catalysing investment-led growth in the sport sector through private sector participation. He leads a team that not only creates investment opportunities, but also enables a conducive environment for the private sector to profitably engage and flourish. Simultaneously, he leads monetization of infrastructure and assets of the Ministry and the commercialization of Ministry’s events and activities.
Prior to joining the Ministry of Sport, he served as the General Director for Delivery in the Ministry of Defence, leading a successful transformation program.
Mansour holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals and his Executive MBA from the George Washington University. He also has a Certificate in Management (CiM) from London Business School and Managing Successful Programmes MSP® Practitioner Certificate.

Jason Roberts was appointed Concacaf Director of Development in November 2017. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Confederation’s core development initiatives, which include grassroots programs, coaching education, corporate social responsibility, and professional football development.
He is a graduate of the UEFA MIP Executive Course—an advanced program designed to prepare former international players for leadership roles in football administration.
A former professional footballer, Roberts founded the Jason Roberts Foundation (JRF) in 2007. The organization is dedicated to providing young people in the United Kingdom and the Caribbean with opportunities to grow and gain confidence through sports and community engagement.
In 2010, Roberts was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the New Year Honours List for his services to sport in both Grenada and London. In May 2016, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from St. George’s University in Grenada in recognition of his exceptional contributions to sporting opportunities for children with disabilities in Grenada and the UK. In 2023, he was also awarded an Honorary Fellowship from the Global Institute of Sport.
Roberts was also a respected football pundit in both the United Kingdom and the Caribbean. He represented Grenada at the international level and began his club career with Hayes FC. He went on to play in the English Premier League with West Bromwich Albion, Portsmouth, Wigan Athletic, Blackburn Rovers, and Reading—making over 200 appearances before retiring from professional football in 2014.

An executive leader who has been always part of executing the national Saudi
Vision 2030 since its inception; with a track record of leadership positions within
key government entities in Saudi Arabia including Ministry of Economy and
Planning, General Entertainment Authority and currently in the Royal Commission for AlUla since early
2018. Few of his previous key initiatives was the establishment of the General Entertainment Authority
and leading the development of the national entertainment strategy.
Ziad was the Strategy Executive Director in the Royal Commission for AlUla for almost 5 years. He
successfully led strategic projects for RCU including the AlUla strategy development, strategy cascading
and performance management, establishment of data management & business intelligence and RCU
annual planning cycles. Also contributing to several strategy development projects for different sectors
within AlUla including Tourism, Culture, City mgmt., Master planning, Nature & wildlife, Community
Engagement, regulatory framework, Education, Health and Innovation.
He is now the Chief officer of the Sport Sector and also the Chairman of AlUla Sport Club and currently
working on developing a sustainable sport sector in AlUla as well as transforming AlUla club into a leading
sports Club that is driven by sporting excellence & sustainability, and fosters a sense of pride and
belonging amongst the AlUla community. Ziad is a Harvard business school alumni who strives for making
social and economic impact for AlUla and beyond by creating a thriving sport sector that inspires the
youth and enables a vibrant and active community for a better life quality.


Shaima Saleh AlHusseini is the Managing Director of the Saudi Sports for All Federation. Shaima advocates for a healthy lifestyle by inspiring all members of society to be physically active. This commitment reflects her desire to highlight the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to empower girls and women to play a role in the development of a vibrant society and healthy, active communities.

Khalid Al Mawlawi is a highly experienced and influential leader with over 20 years of expertise in managing large-scale organisational transformations, talent management, and strategic business improvements. As the Acting Director General and former Chief Operating Officer at Aspetar, Khalid has demonstrated an unparalleled ability to align talent with business objectives, drive organisational growth, and foster long-term employee engagement. His leadership at Aspetar continues to strengthen the organisation’s position as a world-class sports medicine and orthopaedic hospital.
In his prior role as Deputy Director General for FIFA 2022 with the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, Khalid played a critical part in the successful planning and execution of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. He led several high-impact initiatives in operational readiness, workforce management, and leadership integration, which contributed to the seamless delivery of one of the world’s largest sporting events. His strategic approach ensured that Qatar set new standards in operational excellence, innovation, and human capital development on a global stage.
His strategic oversight and business acumen were also pivotal in reshaping Qatar Foundation’s HR practices. Khalid led the unification of compensation and benefits across the organisation and crafted sustainable retention strategies, establishing Qatar Foundation as a global hub for top talent.
Khalid’s leadership extends beyond the corporate realm, with his involvement in high-profile sports events such as the 15th Asian Games and the World Indoor Athletic Championships. His role as President of the Qatar Volleyball Association reflects his leadership capacity on both regional and international platforms. With an Executive MBA from Plymouth University and executive education from SAID Business School, Oxford University, Khalid embodies the strategic leadership and forward-thinking vision that makes a dynamic, purpose-driven leader.

As Director for Creative, Consumer, Sport & Education, Rupert is responsible for helping UK organisations grow globally by developing their export capabilities and attracting inward investment. His portfolio covers diverse sectors including Agri-Food & Drink, Digital Commerce, Creative Industries, Education, Consumer Sectors, and Sport. He is also the Senior Official responsible for the Department for Business and Trade’s Saudi Arabia taskforce and the Osaka Expo 2025 Business Programme.
Rupert joined the Civil Service from Cambridge University Press where he spent 7 years building their global, digital brand as the Global Marketing Board Director. Rupert joined Cambridge University Press from Arsenal Football Club, where he was the global Partnerships director. He has over 20 years of experience across sales, marketing, media, digital, data and branding, mainly working for FIFA.


Basim K. Ibrahim, CLSS, CIPM, is passionate about the opportunities for sport development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a seasoned Investment Attraction & Development Manager with 20 years of diverse professional experience in Investment, IT, Training, Project Management, and Research.
A former Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, Basim is a member of various professional organizations. He founded BMA Engineering in 2011 and co-founded BoardMaps in 2015, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit.
His extensive international experience includes roles with INSPUR in China and CONCO in South Africa. Basim was a pivotal member of the joint technical team between SAP and Saudi Aramco from 2000 to 2005. Passionate about volunteering and dedicated to serving his country, Basim is a dynamic leader in the field of Business and Investment Development.

Aphrodite Moschoudi is an accomplished professional with expertise in major sports projects and events. Her career highlights include extensive involvement in bidding, strategic planning and delivery of major events, including the Olympic Games, Asian Games, Arab Games, FIFA World Cup, FIFA Arab Cup, Asian Cup, World Championships in Athletics and IPC Para-Athletics. She has also been instrumental in setting up key sport projects such as the Schools Olympic Programme, the Olympic & Sport Museum, the National Sport Day as well as sport investments and partnerships.
During her time at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC), Aphrodite led the Planning & Integration of Host Country Operations for the FIFA World Cup, Qatar 2022, to include the tournament readiness and ultimately the delivery of the Main Operations Centre as the central point of command.
Aphrodite’s approach is that talent and technical expertise are not sufficient and should be complemented by positive spirit, practical thinking, human relations and ethos all the way.
Aphrodite is now working at Qatar Tourism as a Director of Planning and Quality.

James Taylor is the Chief Championship Officer for Extreme H, the world’s first hydrogen-powered motorsport series, bringing over a decade of experience in the sports industry.
A founding member of Extreme E in 2019, James previously served as Head of Business Affairs and Chief Legal Officer, driving commercial strategies and key business activities. Before that, he was Vice President for the FIA World Rallycross Championship at IMG, managing partners, venues, and manufacturer relationships. With expertise in motorsport and a commitment to sustainability, equality, and innovation, James plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision and success of Extreme H.

Ornella Desiree Bellia has a legal background and truly international experience within the global sports industry, having worked for football clubs, leading law firms, and sports institutions in five different countries.
Ornella has a broad understanding of the football industry from different perspectives and cultures, in-depth knowledge of the governance and the commercial models of professional football and experience with complex stakeholders management and engagement.
Ornella has strong strategic planning skills and a creative, forward-thinking and high performance mindset. Ornella is also fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

Ornella is a lecturer at several academic courses in Sports Management and Sports Law and a speaker at international conferences.

David Watts leads the NBA’s partnership and strategic development initiatives across the Middle East, playing a pivotal role in expanding the league’s regional presence through live games, fan experiences, and grassroots basketball programmes. A key architect behind the NBA’s landmark collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, David helped bring the first-ever NBA games to the Arabian Gulf in 2022, setting a new benchmark for international sport in the region.
Under his leadership, the multiyear partnership with DCT Abu Dhabi has grown to include the NBA Abu Dhabi Games, Jr. NBA Leagues, community-focused health and wellness initiatives, and NBA 2K League activations. His team also manages regional partnerships with leading organisations such as ADQ, Aldar, Emirates, and Qatar Foundation, further embedding the NBA into the fabric of Middle Eastern sport and culture.
Youth development is at the heart of David’s mission, with the Jr. NBA programme now engaging over 11,000 boys and girls across Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain. He also helped launch Qatar’s first Jr. NBA League and the “Her Time To Play” initiative, aimed at empowering young girls through basketball.
David previously worked in the NBA’s Marketing Partnerships team and has held roles at IMG, CSKA Basketball, and his own sports consultancy. He began his career as a lawyer at Chadbourne & Parke. A graduate of UCLA with a J.D. in Law and a B.A. in Russian Studies, David lives in London with his wife and two children.

James Frewin is the Managing Director, International at PFL, where he oversees international media rights, strategy, and the expansion of PFL’s International Leagues. He was instrumental in launching the organization’s first international league, PFL Europe, which has experienced rapid growth across all territories. Frewin has also played a key role in building PFL’s international media rights business and shaping its global expansion strategy. Prior to this, Frewin served as Vice President and General Manager for WWE in Australia and New Zealand. He brings over 10 years of experience in sports and entertainment, with expertise in broadcast, distribution, digital, live events, and global sponsorship. Before his tenure at WWE, James led the international football division at IMG Media.

In addition to his role in the Ministry of Sport, Abdullah acquires over a decade of an enriched, diversified experience in Private & Public sectors. Starting from the Banking industry in the Cash Management field with an exposure on Operations, Business Implementation, Product Creation & Management, to contributing into building the Strategic Partnership foundation with the private sector throughout his career in LCGPA.
Abdullah has a successful track record of building strong, sustainable partnerships with the private sector & state-owned companies, launching new innovative products into the market, and managing national initiatives which serves the national strategies.

Manfred is a serial entrepreneur who brings more than 25 years of wide-raging experience in the financial sector to his role as Eyeball CEO.
After working as a project leader at Boston Consulting Group, Manfred joined UBS in Switzerland as an M&A specialist for Eastern Europe. From there he co-founded FinAdvice, a boutique M&A advisory headquartered in Zurich specialising in Energy infrastructure transactions. Manfred remains Managing Director of FinAdvice, which continues to successfully support its clients with offices in Europe the Middle East and Asia.
In recent years Manfred has more actively engaged in founding and scaling several companies. As a keen and active sportsman his leadership role in Eyeball provides a chance to combine his engineering background, management skills, and financial expertise with a lifelong passion for football.



Nasser Al Khori, Executive Director at Generation Amazing Foundation, leads the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022's social legacy initiative. He focuses on sports for social development in underprivileged areas, including work with refugees and IDPs. Nasser, with significant non-profit experience, has formed crucial partnerships and is part of the UNESCO Chair in sport governance. He holds an MBA in Educational Leadership from UCL and a BSc from Carnegie Mellon University.

Oman’s Nader Nasser Hamood Al Rawahy is seconded to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth from the Sultanate’s “Oman’s Vision 2040” Ministry where he leads Operational Excellence for Oman’s strategic development roadmap “Oman Vision 2040”.
Since its endorsement in September 2015, Oman has emphasized aligning its national priorities with the UN's sustainable development objectives through Oman Vision 2040. As part of this initiative, there is a focus on real estate such as the waterfront Sports City in the South Al Batinah governorate, The Sustainable City YITI and renewable energy projects, particularly hydrogen and green hydrogen production.
Nader is an expert in inward investment and economic development. His expertise spans audit, advisory, and structuring. Prior to this role, Nader amassed over 20 years of experience at KPMG and EY. He is also the founder and board member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Oman, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Alia leads Roland Berger Middle East's Sports practice. With 18 years of experience, Alia has been at the forefront of initiatives advancing the Middle East's sports sector, including developing national and regional sport strategies for GCC countries. Known for her expert analysis on sports policy and development, Alia’s portfolio includes advisory roles for public sector institutions and sporting bodies. Her expertise extends to commercial and merger & acquisition advisory services, excelling in investment appraisals, business plans, and due diligence. Alia graduated from London Business School with a Master’s in Business Administration and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the American University in Cairo.
