MESIF Jeddah 2027 has a very limited number of VIP Delegate tickets available for business leaders from specific types of organisations at the conference and exhibition on the 18th & 19th January 2027 at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. Eligible organisation categories are as follows:

- Sports Private Equity & Investment Companies
- Major Broadcasters

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility for Complimentary Tickets:
MESIF has a limited allocation of complimentary tickets that it will provide to specific stakeholders from the following organisation categories at the organisers' discretion:
- Sport Investors / Club Owners
- Government Ministries
- Professional Sports Clubs & Leagues
- Sports Federations
- Sports Private Equity & Investment Companies
- Major Broadcasters
By filling in the above form you express your interest to be considered for a complimentary ticket to attend the MESIF event. Once receive your enquiry our team will review it and once approved will e-mail you to confirm that you have successfully registered for the event.
Cancellation & No-show Policy:
In order to cover food wastage at our events and ensure full attendance, MESIF applies a no-show fee of £250 for non attendance by registrants for cancellation within two weeks of the event.
To cancel delegate bookings, a written notice is required. If the written notice is received more than fourteen days before the event date, you will be able to cancel free of charge. If the written notice is received fourteen days or less before the event date, MESIF will invoice you for the no-show fee.
Please note that as MESIF is providing these tickets on a complimentary basis it cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from event cancellations, rescheduling, postponements, or alterations.
Force Majeure:
MESIF will not assume liability for any loss, damage, injuries, claims, costs, or expenses of any nature in the event of cancellation, postponement, or alteration due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure is defined as any unforeseen circumstance that makes the execution of the event impossible, ill-advised, illegal, or impractical. Force Majeure encompasses, but is not restricted to, incidents such as accidents, fires, explosions, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions or regulations, war or apparent acts of war, terrorism or apparent acts of terrorism, civil disturbances or riots, labor strikes, curtailment, suspension, or restrictions on transportation facilities and means of transportation, or any other emergency.
Venue & Programme Changes:
The organizers MESIF reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to the event dates, venue, speakers, and conference program at any time without notice.
